Somehow, we also notice changes in our lives. Looking at these Silver Linings can lift our hearts.\nHU is an ancient, Sacred Sound and a simple spiritual exercise that can be sung by anyone.\nWe will sing HU together for about 15 minutes, enjoy a few minutes of quiet contemplation, and then share in relaxed spiritual conversation for those who wish to stay and take part.
