Experience HU – Sacred Sound and Ancient Mantra

HU is an ancient name for God. You are welcome to experience how singing HU can attune oneself to God’s loving presence. In many spiritual traditions, sound plays an important part in uplifting the individual.  HU is a key to open your heart to God’s love.

We invite you to sing HU with us, silently or aloud, for about 15 minutes.
A discussion and light snacks will follow the singing of HU.
