Can Your Spiritual Awareness Sparkle? – Sing HU

Thinking of something you love (like the purr of a kitten, or Autumn in the Blue Ridge Mountains, or the sound of the ocean’s lapping waves, or the aroma of fresh yeast bread), readies one to sing HU, a love song to God. Softly chanting HU can give you an expanded awareness of divine love. This kind of love shines, it sparkles, it illuminates your eyes, your smile and your inner being.

for instance, and you will find that you have a different way of looking at the people around you
and at the work you do.
