HU is an ancient name for God.  Singing HU, a beautiful prayer, is a spiritual technique you can use to keep your balance in this world.  It can help you keep your perspective, HU can give love, HU can heal.  It can give peace of mind.  We invite you to sing HU with us,  silently or aloud, for about 15 minutes.
