Can You Enliven Your Life by Singing HU, an Ancient Mantra?

HU is an ancient name for God. It has been used for thousands of years as a prayer and sacred chant to attune oneself to the presence of God. Millions of people around the world have experienced the joy of HU. Anyone can sing HU, regardless of age or religion.

We invite you to sing HU with us, silently or aloud, for about 15 minutes.  A group discussion and light snacks will follow the singing of HU.
