The purpose of this discussion is to give everywhere an opportunity to talk about spiritual topics that are relevant to their lives and for folks looking to be in community and connection. It is open to people from all spiritual and religious backgrounds.

Looking at the Silver Linings in the changing clouds can lift our hearts. HU is an ancient, Sacred Sound and a simple spiritual exercise that can be sung by anyone. We will sing HU together for about 15 minutes, enjoy a few minutes of quiet contemplation, and then share in relaxed spiritual conversation for those who wish to stay and take part. Simply come as you are. Newcomers are warmly welcome.

The ECK Light & Sound Service is an uplifting event where you can reflect on and connect with the Divine within yourself. At the ECK Light & Sound Service you will hear inspiring spiritual stories, experience the HU Chant, and be able to speak with other like-hearted people in our community. You do not need to be a member of Eckankar to participate.

This ECK Light and Sound Service offers you the chance to explore your own direct connection with the Divine. Discover more about yourself as Soul, an eternal, creative, spiritual being. Connect with the most sacred part of yourself, receive new insights, answers to questions, and magnify love in your life through the Light and Sound of God. It will be an engaging blend of insightful stories, and contemplative exercises to have your own experience with the spiritual Light and Sound.
